Election Systems 2016

I have created a set of slides for a presentation I am giving on Election Systems in 2016. It touches on:

• security issues
• a bit of history
• procedures
• a look at what is coming in California (and eventually, the nation)
• auditing and monitoring
• new open source systems that are being developed
• a long section on Internet voting
• including 3 ballot initiatives proposed in California
